Subsidy system
- 補助対象
- Using convention venues in the city or prefecture、A convention with a total of 50 or more guests staying outside the prefecture in the city
- 補助金額
- 県外参加者の場合 1人1泊ごとに1,000円
海外参加者の場合 1人1泊ことに6,000円 上限 100万円
(* However、The upper limit for school trips, training camps, and sports competitions is 500,000 yen.)
- 補助対象
- With the city as the main venue、A convention with a total of 50 or more guests staying outside the prefecture
- 補助金額
- 市内会場使用料の2分の1
上限 10万円
(* However、In the case of application of the usage fee reduction and exemption subsidy for municipal facilities、Cannot be duplicated with the convention subsidy system)
- 補助対象
- With the city as the main venue、At conventions with a total of 50 or more guests staying outside the prefecture、in principle、When operating a shuttle bus between the accommodation and the convention venue

当協会より「コンベンション開催補助金決定通知書(様式４)Will be sent。
開催前に申請内容に変更があった場合(Change of date and place、2Change of more than a percentage)事業計画(変更・中止)承認申請書(様式5)please submit。

コンベンションの終了
